Because we ship directly from our partners in difference countries, your item may take 2-5 weeks to arrive depends on your location. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

For FREE ITEMS we have a limit of 3 items per order. There have been several people trying to take advantage of this and we will simply cancel your order and you will not receive your items. 

Our Handmade Jewelry collection are ship from our shop directly, your item may take 1-10 days to arrive depends on your location.
How much is shipping?
  • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

  • This depends on the product ordered.  Most items will arrive in about 2-5 weeks for our Clothing line and 1-10 days for our jewelry line. If you're still not sure, just email us.  We're happy to help.

Can I have a tracking number?

  • Yes, we will provide tracking number that provided by our global suppliers. We will update the tracking number once our system updated and we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order. Do not panic if late delivery and email us for more information. 

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
  • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't worry if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
  • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conforimation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

    If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us ( and we will fix it for you.

Why do I have to pay Customs/Duty fees ?
  • As many countries have different laws and regulations governing importing goods from overseas, we cannot provide specific information regarding customs fees. It is the generally the customers responsibility to be aware of, and pay, any customs/duty fees incurred as a result of making a purchase from Giulia Valentina.
Are the "FREE" items really free?
  • YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)

What is your refund policy?
Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can return any merchandise that has not been worn, and with the original package within 14 business days from the date you received your package.

Once we receive your package, the price of the product will be refunded along with applicable taxes, the shipping fee will not be refunded. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

The item must respect the following conditions to be eligible for a refund :

  • Tracking number – Very important to provide us with a tracking number
  • All product packaging (boxes, message cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • The items must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging.
  • Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
